Follow these steps to log in and access ARRL features and services: arl.org and click “Connect”.

YOU HAVE AN EXISTING ARRL.ORG ACCOUNT
If you have a existing account and are not yet connected to the new system. You must create an account in the new system.
When you arrive at Login screen, click Reset password. Enter the registered primary email address and click “Next”. You will receive a one-time password and be prompted to create a username. *
You will be prompted to create a username and New Password. Your password must contain at least eight characters, one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one non-alphanumeric character.
*Note, if the email address is do not in the file, you must then fill in all the fields (first name, last name, address, etc.).
YOU HAVE AN EXISTING USERNAME, BUT FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD
If you started the process and you have a username (username is your call sign), click on Reset password. Check your email; you will receive an email from “Personify Identity Provider” with the subject “ARRL Reset Password Request”. Follow the instructions in the email. All users must reset their password in the new system.
If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please click “Forgot Username” and continue.
NEW USER
If you’ve never had an ARRL account, click Register and follow the instructions.
This will connect you to arl.orgallowing you to renew and shop in one transaction.
