STOCKHOLM — Orron Energy AB announced on Monday that it has offered 889.6 million Swedish krona ($87.7 million) to Swedish wind farm developer Slitevind AB.

Orron Energy, which last month changed its name from Lundin Energy after selling its oil and gas business, said its SEK 125 cash offer on Slitevind represents a 20.8% premium to the closing price of Friday.
The offer was unanimously recommended by Slitevind’s board of directors, with shareholders representing 49.5% of the shares agreeing to accept the offer, it said.
Slitevind’s wind portfolio generates about 435 gigawatt hours in northern regions, he added.
