If you’re trying to play Overwatch but can’t connect or get stuck in a long queue, it’s not you, it’s the game servers. Reports from Overwatch down have surfaced online, and it seems to be hitting all platforms this April 13 (April 14 for those outside the US).

On the game’s subreddit, several threads surfaced within the hour complaining about being disconnected, not being able to connect to game servers, etc. I can confirm firsthand that the connection issues occur on the PS4, as I can’t get past the login and login screen.
Did someone just disconnect completely, with no way to reconnect? from Overwatch
I just got kicked out of my game and this showed up? from Overwatch
Anyone else having problems? from Overwatch
Unfortunately, the official Blizzard Entertainment Customer Service Twitter Account did not recognize the problem. This is the case with the Official Overwatch Twitter counts too. We hope this will change as soon as possible, so that at least we know the developers are aware of the issues.
Once we know more, we’ll be sure to update the post. If you can (or can’t) log in, leave a comment below to let us know what platform you’re on and what region/country you’re in.
